Paris Hilton has 17 dogs, she admitted on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. She has been investigated by the Los Angeles Department of Animal Services for owning so many dogs. Hilton said that her dogs keep having puppies and she didn't want to give them away because she felt bad doing this.
